This full-bodied red wine was made from our 20 year-old estate vines, The fruit was hand picked prior to destemming and fermentation in small stainless steel fermenters. Post-fermentation the wine was transferred to a mix of new and older French oak for twelve months of barrel maturation before blending and bottling.
Colour is dark plum with a magenta tint. The nose is clean and fresh with pure hints of blueberries and red berry fruits, Beautiful rich palate with silky tannins, restrained oak nuances and a long finish. Cellaring potential of ten years.
